Good morning bloggies! Or should I say Tweet Tweet? I have finally given into Twitter. I can’t believe myself. I was up late last night watching Pretty Little Liars and finally just gave in. I’ll probably curse myself for this because I already spend too much time on the computer, but so far its fun. You can find my twitter on the right hand side column.
I have been trying to put up a picture but Twitter keeps saying that it is over capacity. The picture is only 600k so I know that’s not the problem. It said the server was over capacity at 11:30 last night and 10 this morning. I guess I’ll just have to keep trying.
Breakfast
I just couldn’t pass up another piece of toast with almond butter and honey.
I only have regular honey from a regular grocery store, but when I go grocery shopping this week I’m going to pick up the real good stuff
I also have been just craving green tea frappachinos from Starbucks. I’ve had one twice this week. The sweetners and syrups they put in it upset my stomach a lot and make it cramp up, so I’m going to make my own for a while.
Into the blender:
- Green tea drink (I will pick up matcha at the Asian food store tomorrow!)
- Light coconut milk
- coconut milk creamer
- ice
- 2 cups of spinach
I love that I can throw spinach in here and not freak out about the green color cause green tea is, well, green!
I used this green tea drink this time, but I know matcha will make it over the top.
When my family went to Japan, my sister and I drank bottles of these every day. They are so good! They also sell little bottles of these in huge packs at a Costco in Hawaii. I was drinking so much green tea both of those vacations. I’m an addict
Well my food is almost digested, so I’m going to head out for a run before it gets too hot.
Are you an addict to any sort of tea? Or are you more of a coffee person?

I am officially CRAVING toast and AB now. I blame you.
I love Twitter. Thought I wouldnt like it at first…but I love the simplicity! I think you will <3 it.
And I am without a SHADOW of a doubt a coffee person. Sometimes, I think it is the only reason I am not sleeping at any given moment during the day.
Hooray for twitter! haha your AB & honey looks soooo tasty. and i love tea and coffee equally!
I’m generally a coffee addict but I have recently really gotten in to tea. I love all varieties but black especially. A cup of English breakfast with a splash of milk is a wonderful afternoon pick-me-up!
Twitter is always telling me it’s over capacity, too! Which is funny, because I tend to forget I have a twitter, and when I do remember I have…tweeting issues
Oh, well.
I hope you had a great run, and I bet that green tea frap is way tastier than SBuck’s. I wish I enjoyed green tea for the benefits, but…just don’t, I guess! haha.
COFFEE all the way!
Tea is good when it has a lot of sugar
I’m more of a coffee person, but I looove chai tea lattes from Starbucks! I’ve never tried any of their green tea lattes/fraps though!
My roommate does the AB + honey on toast thing too! You guys must be onto something.
I love regular hot green tea, or peppermint tea. It really seems to soothe me and keep me calm. I do love coffee though — especially with creamers like white choc mocha or vanilla latte. Yum!
im a total coffee girl!!! your shake looks delish tho- i LOVE starbucks!
I love both. I drink a glass of green tea..and some coffee- most days..I don’t do coffee everyday. and my mom makes really good iced tea..she’s like a pro..so I always drink some. and be sure you get the raw honey!!! it’s really really good for you..or so they say!!!
I started twitter a month or two ago. It’s such fun! I’ll follow you!
I love your green tea drink. I am a big green tea fan, but have not been able to drink any tea in the summer, since it has been so hot. I like british breakfast tea a lot too, as well as chamomile. I will have to try your drink! My favorite green tea thing is ice cream, it’s the best!
I’m definitely a hot tea person, though my wallet wishes I were a coffee drinker, because my favorite tea is about $18 per canister! Luckily, my company carries it at work! Its Republic of Tea: White Orange Blossom. Thought I do enjoy Good Earth Original tea in the winter months. Mmm, nutmeg.
MMm! What a great concoction! I think I’ll try all almond milk in mine and I’ll let you know how it goes!
I’ve gone through phases with tea – chai, green, kombucha… I think I’m pretty much always happy with something from “Yogi” tea brand though.
For the summer, I only get a coffee on Sunday mornings while I’m enjoying the farmers market. I like the ritual and the moderation is necessary.
Love your blog! Good luck in school!
